Qualifications

• 2-5 years in Remodeling Industry.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to read, understand, and follows safety procedure.
• Ability to grasp complex concepts easily.
• Quality of work standards.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform service visits for customers after completion of home remodel projects.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Repairing showers, tubs, and fixing plumbing leaks.
• Wrapping windows and replacing window sashes.
• Installing shower doors.
• Interior trim work.
• Taping and mudding of sheet rock.
• Drywall patching.
• Siding and shingle installation.
• General caulking and cleaning.
