Pureflow Inc. is seeking a Florida Field Service Technician to service and maintain high-purity water systems at customer sites across various industries. The role emphasizes collaboration with the engineering team to diagnose issues and ensure system efficiency.

The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, experience with pumps/valves, and the ability to travel locally, with on-call duties and safety-focused practices in every assignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical, HVAC, field service, or electrical role, preferably in customer-facing setting.
• Ability to diagnose and solve mechanical and/or electrical problems.
• High school diploma or GED; proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain high-purity water systems at customer sites.
• Collaborate with service management and engineering to diagnose and troubleshoot for efficiency.
• Assist installation team in commissioning/startup of new water systems.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers.
• Provide thorough documentation per SOPs.
• Operate safely at client sites and during travel.
• Participate in on-call emergency services as needed.
• Local travel with average 7 overnights per month.
