Qualifications

• Two years of industry experience.
• Class A or B CDL or the ability to obtain CDL.
• Strong mechanical skills and aptitude.
• Strong diagnostic abilities and mindset.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Champion safety and ensure all work is completed safely.
• Operations: Perform maintenance, safety inspections, plan methods, order parts, and perform repairs on equipment.
• Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintain legible notes, time, parts, and purchases; document the 3 C's (complaint, cause, correction).
• Communication: Provide professional, courteous service to customers; communicate with coworkers.
• Training: Complete training as assigned, including virtual and in-person sessions.
