Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to service commercial coffee equipment across the Fort Worth area. You will handle installation checks, diagnostics, and on-site repairs, traveling to cafes, hotels, and hospitality venues.

The role rewards hands-on problem solving, with company-provided vehicle after training and a focus on safe, reliable service. A valid drivers license and physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform 2 service calls per day at coffee account locations.
• Take voltage, resistance, capacitance, and continuity readings with a multimeter.
• Read electrical/hydraulic diagrams to locate faults.
• Identify outlet types and pipe thread sizes; build adapters when needed.
• Disassemble/reassemble components with care; document steps clearly.
• Log time and manage tickets in ServiceTitan; write professional service notes.
• Explain repair findings to customers in plain language.
• Tast e coffee after repairs to verify proper operation.

If you're the second type — and you're handy with tools, comfortable reading a wiring diagram, and the kind of person who figures things out before asking for help — you might be exactly who we're looking for.

We fix commercial coffee equipment for cafes, hotels, and hospitality businesses across the South-Central and Pacific Northwest United States. The work is technical, independent, and genuinely interesting. No two calls are the same.

A day in the field

Two to three service calls per day at commercial coffee accounts. Here's what that looks like in practice:

• Taking voltage, resistance, capacitance, and continuity readings with a multimeter
• Reading electrical and hydraulic diagrams to track a fault to its source
• Identifying outlet types and plumbing thread sizes, building adapters when needed
• Carefully disassembling and reassembling components with attention to detail
• Using parts diagrams and machine documentation to find the right part numbers
• Logging time and managing tickets through ServiceTitan, our digital dispatch platform
• Explaining repair findings to customers in plain, accessible language
• Tasting coffee after a repair to confirm the machine is performing correctly

You'll need some hands-on experience going in — home repairs, electrical work, plumbing fixtures, or similar projects. A formal background isn't required, but comfort with a multimeter is. You'll also need a valid driver's license with a clean record, the ability to lift 75 lbs, a reliable smartphone, and a secure address for parts deliveries via FedEx and UPS.

Most field roles leave you to figure everything out alone. We work differently. A dedicated team manages your dispatch, scheduling, and back-office support including estimates and invoicing for large and enterprise accounts. Inventory is tracked digitally and reordered automatically — though you'll assist with parts receiving and inventory counts. Basic vehicle confidence is expected too — things like handling a flat tire or dropping the vehicle off for scheduled maintenance.

You focus on the technical work. We handle the rest. Once you complete training, you'll receive a company vehicle and start each day from home — no office required.

Compensation and benefits

• $20–$25/hour based on experience and certifications
• Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week
