Job summary

C2 Vehicles, New England’s leading golf car distributor, seeks a Field Service Technician to service golf carts and utility vehicles at customer sites across the South Shore, MA. The role involves repairs, maintenance, and on-the-go installations, building strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in auto or related service, experience with electrical vehicles, and the ability to read wiring diagrams. Valid DL and ability to lift 90 lbs are required. On-site travel expected.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in automotive, forklift, motorcycle or related service.
• Experience with electrical vehicles or forklifts preferred.
• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to perform repairs and maintenance.
• Service electric, gasoline, and diesel golf carts and utility vehicles.
• Diagnose electrical issues and perform repairs.
• Complete work orders and document repairs on tablets.
• Install accessories on new equipment.
• Prepare estimates and order parts.
• Explain repairs to customers and build relationships.
• Deliver new and used vehicles; maintain service truck inventory.
