Position

Field Service Technician – Frederick, MD (including Ft. Detrick/USAMRIID).

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and repair services at customer establishments following manufacturer’s instructions.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on a wide array of high‑technical medical devices and machines.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations, regulatory body policies, and internal operating procedures.
• Instruct customer personnel on operation and proper use of equipment.
• Respond to emergency repair requests while juggling priorities and managing time flexibly.
• Salary range: $38 – $47 per hour.

Security & Background Requirements

Successful candidates must pass comprehensive government background checks and security clearances (expanded criminal, personal conduct, work history checks) and participate in required immunization programs. Continued employment requires ongoing clearance and immunization compliance.
