BD Parata is seeking a Field Support Engineer to cover the Northern Virginia and Washington, DC region. You will provide advanced technical support, preventive maintenance, installation assistance, and break/fix service for pharmacy automation systems.
Expect travel across DC metro with a strong emphasis on customer service and problem solving. Required are 3+ years in field service or related technical areas, solid Windows/Networking skills, and the ability to read technical documentation.
