Job summary

Aramsco - Fabrication, Sanitation & Restoration in Salem, NH is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and repair equipment used in commercial cleaning and restoration. You will work with engines, carpet cleaning units, dehumidifiers, air movers, and related gear.

You will schedule service appointments, create bids, communicate with customers, and coordinate shop workload. This role offers a $22–$23 hourly rate with a monthly bonus program.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive experience is required.
• Familiar with diagnosing 2/3/4 cylinder gas engines.
• Ability to follow troubleshooting guides and repair manuals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair all systems and components of equipment in service department.
• Meet or exceed service productivity goals.
• Create service orders and coordinate with vendors for parts.
• Schedule service and repair appointments with customers and maintain scheduling records.
• Communicate with customers in person, by phone and email; present repair estimates.
