Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service requests (service calls).
• Perform routine maintenance on customer equipment.
• Support facilities maintenance and repair activities.
• Organize, inspect, repair, replenish warehouse items (materials, equipment, and tooling).
• Provide mentorship for new and inexperienced workers based in the Local.
• Other duties as assigned.
