Job summary

MidAmerica Basement Systems, a regional leader in the foundation repair, basement waterproofing, and concrete leveling industry, is seeking a Service Technician to join our team. In this role you will travel to our customer's homes on pre-set appointments to inspect and maintain existing systems we've installed and provide additional solutions they need to fix and protect their homes.

Our Service Technicians are the super heroes of our company!

Qualifications

• Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills.
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel within a 3 hour service area.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer homes on pre-set appointments to inspect and maintain systems.
• Upsell products and services to homeowners to address their needs.
• Provide solutions to fix and protect homes and maintain health and safety.
