Job summary

Auto-Chlor System is seeking a Service Technician to join our growing team. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines and dosing equipment, while communicating with customers to resolve issues and provide tailored solutions.

You’ll conduct on-site service visits, demonstrate safe equipment operation, and restock products. Expect overtime, on‑call rotations every 8–12 weeks, and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Mechanical inclination and comfortable with physical tasks.
• Able to lift and move up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Use problem-solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment and systems.
• Communicate with existing customers to resolve issues and provide solutions that best meet their needs.
• Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use to customers, while restocking products.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases, as well as upselling and cross selling products.
• Provide on-call emergency service in rotation with other coworkers every 8-12 weeks.
