Job summary

General Parts Group is hiring Commercial Kitchen Service Technicians in the Madison, Wisconsin area. This role offers strong hourly pay and a sign-on bonus for experienced candidates, with base rates starting at $25.00/hour and potential to $45.00/hour based on experience.

A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified applicants. You’ll service commercial equipment, including fryers, ovens, grills, refrigeration, and related systems for restaurants, hospitals, schools, and other facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience working on commercial kitchen equipment.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• EPA refrigeration certification required for refrigeration techs.
• Ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Work on commercial cooking equipment in restaurants, hospitals, schools, and commercial kitchens.
• Travel to customer sites in the Madison, WI area to perform service.
• Diagnose and repair kitchen equipment including fryers, ovens, grills, walk-ins, and ice machines.
• Provide reliable, safe, and timely service and communicate clearly with customers.
