Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. seeks experienced Commercial Technicians to serve Raleigh and surrounding areas. You will repair commercial doors and hardware, including dock and high-speed rolling doors, while maintaining safety and quality.

You will identify opportunities to offer products and services, manage job paperwork, and work with company trucks and provided tools. Candidates should have 1+ year in the industry, the ability to lift 100 pounds, work at heights, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• At least 1+ year experience in commercial/automatic/entry door industry.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds safely and work at heights with a ladder.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Repair a wide range of commercial doors and hardware including dock and entry doors.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Track and submit job-related paperwork in a timely manner.
