Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new equipment.
• Comfortable working independently and handling customer interactions.
• Familiarity with hand/power tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial dishwashing and dispensing equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in the field.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Install and replace equipment and components as needed.
• Manage your daily service schedule and assigned territory.
• Communicate with restaurant and commercial customers about equipment and service needs.
• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations throughout the Phoenix area.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule after training.
