Job summary

Sonny's Enterprises is seeking a Service Technician to service car wash systems across the United States. This hourly role requires independent work with up to 30% travel and strong customer interaction.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in installation or construction, with experience in Electrical, Automotive, HVAC, or Welding considered a plus. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Technical School preferred.
• 3–5 years hands-on installation or construction experience.
• Experience in Electrical, Automotive, HVAC, or Welding is a plus.
• Must be able to travel up to 30%.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of car wash systems at customer sites, ensuring work meets company and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely as needed.
• Interact with customers with courtesy, integrity, and good workmanship.
• Maintain rapports with customers by examining complaints and identifying solutions; suggest improvements.
• Complete and submit documentation including Field Service Reports and service tickets.
• Safeguard company and customer information and equipment; comply with safety codes and PPE.
