dormakaba USA, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician based in Seattle, WA. You will install and service doors, equipment, and control devices, and perform preventative maintenance on automatic doors as needed.

This role emphasizes customer service, safety, and reliable field performance. The position offers a competitive hiring salary range of 29.29 to 54.50 USD per hour, with actual pay determined by education, experience, and market data.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• 1+ year of automatic door installation/maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective service and preventative maintenance on automated access doors and equipment.
• Communicate with sales and service management about customer needs and sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate project and/or service data through diligent and timely documentation and technical data.
• Primarily work on service calls and assist with installations as needed.
