Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of service repair experience preferred.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems in off-road/heavy equipment preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs and maintenance using proper tools and procedures.
• Follows technical manuals when servicing equipment.
• Communicates with customers and Service Manager about work performed.
• Maintains tools and vehicles in good working order.
• Completes reports and forms related to assignments.
• Participates in required training to advance skills.
• Maintains knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
• Works safely and adheres to safety regulations.
