Actalent is seeking a Field Service Technician to serve as the frontline representative, delivering exceptional service while supporting industrial laundry systems at customer sites.

The role requires extensive travel (domestic and international), flexible hours including weekends/evenings, and on-call availability to resolve urgent issues promptly. You will train customers and document visits to ensure reliability and safety.

• Installation: Expertly install industrial laundry systems at customer locations, ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with our equipment, encompassing mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and software complexities.
• Repair: Perform meticulous repairs and maintenance on our systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Training: Provide comprehensive on-site training to clients on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts used for reference and reporting.
• Customer Service: Cultivate positive customer relationships by addressing concerns, answering queries, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Safety: Prioritize safety by strictly adhering to protocols and guidelines while working on customer premises.
• Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry advancements and technologies to enhance skills and knowledge.
• On-Call Availability: This position will be part of an on-call rotation for weekends and evenings to address urgent customer issues promptly.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Miami, FL.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $68600.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
