Job summary

JCB is seeking Shop and Field Service Technicians to diagnose, repair and maintain heavy machinery and construction equipment. The role involves on-site and field service across diverse equipment, with a focus on minimizing downtime and ensuring safety.

Compensation starts at $25–$45+ per hour, depending on experience and technician level, plus benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, paid time off, disability options, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of recent technician experience.
• CDL A or B strongly preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
