Job summary

Marathon Electric, part of the WEG Group, seeks a Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues at customer sites. Travel up to 100% with on-site support for industrial alternators, generators, and related equipment.

The ideal candidate will read schematics, use diagnostic tools, and communicate findings clearly to customers while working with engineering teams to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of field service or related industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with alternators, generators, motors, rotating equipment, or similar industrial equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting of AC/DC electrical systems and controls.
