Job summary

Belt Power is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to install, repair, splice, and service conveyor belts and related equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support customer maintenance teams on-site.

Travel to customer locations to perform on-site service and repairs, maintain accurate service records, and deliver safe, professional service while upholding safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Experience in industrial maintenance or field service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.

What You'll Do

• Install, repair, splice, and service conveyor belts and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues.
• Perform preventive and emergency maintenance activities.
• Support customer maintenance teams during planned and unplanned service work.
• Travel to customer locations to perform on-site service and repairs.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and work records.
• Deliver safe, professional, and customer-focused service.

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, field service, manufacturing, conveyor systems, or related trades preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel and work overtime when needed.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
