We are seeking a full-time Field Service Technician to join our team in Pecos, Texas. This position operates on a 10-days-on / 10-days-off rotational schedule, providing an excellent work-life balance. During your scheduled work rotation, on-site accommodations are provided.
This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys working in the field, troubleshooting equipment, and delivering exceptional service in a dynamic environment.
Reporting to the Field Superintendent, the Field Service Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing our equipment while delivering first-class customer service. The expectations for fast and professional service will be the highest, as you will be the face-to-face representative and contact with our customers in the field.
The ideal candidate will have a variety of maintenance and repair skills related to buildings, ranging from carpentry (no certification required) to basic plumbing and electrical work. They will also have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work within a team and independently. Previous camp/modular building maintenance and repair experience is a strong asset.
