Odessa Separator Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver, service, refurbish, and inspect equipment at oilfield locations.

This role is customer-facing and safety-critical, requiring reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in demanding environments. You will represent Odessa Separator in the field, perform quality checks, and ensure equipment safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver equipment and tools to oilfield locations safely and on schedule.
• Perform quality checks on equipment prior to delivery and after service.
• Clean, refurbish, and prepare returned equipment for resale or inventory.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service at all job sites.
• Obtain required tickets and signatures from on-site personnel.
• Complete accurate field service reports and documentation.
• Safely load, unload, secure, and transport equipment and materials.
• Operate company vehicles and trailers in compliance with DOT and traffic regulations.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment and report mechanical or safety concerns.
• Promote and follow all company safety policies and procedures.

The technician represents Odessa Separator in the field and plays a key role in equipment quality, customer satisfaction, and operational safety.
