Material Handling Inc. in Moncks Corner, SC seeks an experienced Forklift Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain forklift equipment at customer sites and in the shop.

You will perform preventative service inspections and clearly communicate repairs and recommendations to customers. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of forklift or heavy equipment experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in forklift, heavy equipment, or similar field.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability.
• Experience with electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain forklift equipment at customer sites and in the shop.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative service inspections.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations.
