Continental is a Mansfield-based contract dining and refreshment provider seeking a Field Service Technician to install, repair, and maintain vending, micro market, and office coffee equipment across multiple accounts in the region. The role operates Monday through Friday, with a company vehicle, and requires physical stamina for lifting 75–100 pounds.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, hands-on experience repairing small machines, basic electrical/plumbing/HVAC/electronics

Qualifications

Must have high school diploma or GED.
Experience repairing vending, coffee or small machines.
Basic electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC or electronics knowledge.
Valid, clean driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Repair and install vending, office coffee, and micro market equipment to keep machines running.
Transport equipment and install replacement parts at various accounts using a company vehicle.
Troubleshoot and restore malfunctioning machines in the field.

The Experience You’ll Create

The Field Service Technician will be responsible for transport, installation (if applicable), and maintaining equipment, replacement parts, tools, and micro market and office coffee equipment in an organized and structured manner. The Field Service Technician is responsible for in field rebuilding of vending, micro market, and office coffee equipment.

Shift

Monday - Friday

Responsible for repairing and installing vending, office coffee, and micro market equipment to promote continuous operation of the machines.
Transports equipment, installs replacement parts, and performs repairs using tools and other vending equipment at various accounts/locations throughout the region using a company vehicle.
Troubleshoot to restore malfunctioning machine to working order in the field.
May include swapping failed equipment, cleaning, preventative maintenance, and minor adjusting of the malfunctioning component of the machine.
Communicate professionally with dispatchers and clients.
Will run electrical wire and plumbing tubes as needed.
Responds promptly to customer needs/requests with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction.
Supports a service-oriented environment that leads others to improve their service actions.
Maintains positive and enthusiastic attitude with co-workers and customers.
Follows through with action when a customer makes a special request or asks questions.
Continuously seeks to exceed customer expectations and anticipates their needs ahead of time.
Additional projects and assignments as needed.
