Job summary

A local water service company in Mankato is seeking a Service Technician to install, service, and repair water systems. You will work closely with customers, providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean work environment. This role offers hands-on training and opportunities for growth within the company. Ideal candidates possess a strong work ethic, a clean driving record, and willingness to learn. Full benefits package available including health insurance and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
• Basic mechanical or plumbing knowledge (a plus, not required).
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, maintenance, or similar trades (bonus!).

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair Residential and Commercial Culligan water systems.
• Work directly with customers to explain services.
• Support teammates with deliveries and installations.
• Maintain cleanliness of tools and job sites.
• Troubleshoot, solve problems, and learn new technical skills every day.

What You’ll Do

No two days are the same. You’ll be out in the field helping people:

• Install, service, and repair Residential and Commercial Culligan water systems (softeners, filters, ROs, and more)
• Work directly with customers, explaining what you’re doing and building trust
• Support teammates with deliveries, installs, and maintenance
• Take pride in your work — keeping vehicles, tools, and job sites clean
• Troubleshoot, solve problems, and learn new technical skills every day

Whether you’re new to the trade or a seasoned pro, we’ll help you grow your skills and confidence.

What We’re Looking For
