  • Ability to obtain and maintain gaming licenses in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and successfully complete required preemployment screening.

  • Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions onsite and through phone or email support.
  • Perform installation and acceptance testing to ensure equipment is operating properly and ready for customer use.
  • Respond to customer service needs, investigate issues, and help resolve equipment or performance concerns.
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing responsive, knowledgeable, and professional service.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of installations, repairs, maintenance, service activity, and equipment history.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, parts, and supplies necessary to perform field service work effectively.
  • Stay current on Gaming Arts products, technical standards, procedures, and documentation.

About The Role

The Field Service Technician serves as a critical connection between Gaming Arts and our customers in the field. This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and ongoing support of Gaming Arts products at casinos and gaming properties.

You’ll work directly with customers, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to make sure our products are installed correctly, operating reliably, and supported with the level of service our customers expect. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and being where the action is.

What You’ll Do

  • Technical issues are diagnosed accurately and resolved efficiently, minimizing customer downtime.
  • Customers have confidence in both our products and the service they receive from Gaming Arts.
  • Service calls, installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance are documented accurately and completed to company standards.
  • You manage your territory, travel, equipment, and priorities with a high degree of ownership and reliability.
  • You work effectively with customers and internal teams to identify issues early and keep installations and service activity moving forward.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 1 3 years of related technical experience
  • Basic computer, electronic, or equipment repair and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong mechanical and technical problemsolving ability with a willingness to learn Gaming Arts products and systems.
  • Ability to work independently in the field while communicating effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including driving, air travel, overnight stays, and multiday trips.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules based on customer, installation, and service needs.
  • Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company requirements.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain gaming licenses in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to successfully complete required preemployment screening.
Nice to Have
  • Previous slot machine, electronic gaming machine, or casino equipment repair and maintenance experience.
  • Experience working in casino operations, gaming technology, field service, or another regulated environment.
  • Experience supporting customers in a fieldbased technical service role.
  • Familiarity with electronic gaming equipment installations, conversions, preventative maintenance, or troubleshooting.
