FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN REP Corporation.
REP was founded in 1907 by Robert Esnault Pelterie and has been making Rubber Injection molding machines since 1948. We are leaders in rubber injection technology and machinery manufacturing. REP operates globally, and Rep Corporation located in KODAK Tennessee, is the sales and service center for the USA, Canada, and Mexico. Our company strives to continually be the best in the industry with ongoing internal training for our team, as well as searching out the best in the industry.
Currently, REP Corporation is interviewing candidates throughout the country for an addition to our team to aid with the installation and service of high-pressure injection machinery. We are looking for a Field Service TECHNICIAN (FST) for operation primarily in the United States of America and mostly in the mid-west portion of the country. The ideal candidate would be located in the Fort Wayne Indiana area. The candidate will either work from his/her home or, if logistically viable, from the main office in the greater Knoxville area. The successful applicant will provide a high level of technical support to external customers while working under minimal supervision. The focus will be to provide on-site installation, validation, and commissioning of new injection machinery as well as diagnosing and repairing existing machines in the field. The position will also require the ability to train users of the REP platform, as well as the ability to provide support from a remote location. The position will also include duties related to service coordination, customer support, and cross-functional team member support.
