Qualifications

  • 2+ years of mechanical, electrical, or electro‑mechanical repair experience (arcade, vending, appliances, automotive, or similar equipment)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving ability
  • Ability to work independently and manage service routes
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical service work
  • Strong organization, communication, and follow‑through
  • High level of trustworthiness and accountability (may involve cash collections)

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair arcade and amusement machines at client locations
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues including wiring, sensors, and component replacements
  • Perform preventative maintenance to keep machines operational
  • Assist with installing new equipment and game conversions when needed
  • Refill prize merchandise and maintain redemption inventory
  • Collect cash and coin from machines and deposit funds locally
  • Complete service logs and communicate issues to management
  • Maintain clean, secure, and professional machine installations
  • Provide friendly and professional service to venue staff and guests

Field Service Technician - Arcade & Amusement Equipment
About the Role

OneSource Amusement is seeking a Field Service Technician to support our growing operations in Florida. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing arcade and amusement equipment at client locations such as movie theaters, hotels, and entertainment venues.

This is a hands‑on position ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving technical problems, and working independently in the field.

Training for this role will require travel to other company locations before transitioning into a Florida-based service territory.

What You’ll Do
  • Install, maintain, and repair arcade and amusement machines at client locations
