Job summary

Ecolab is hiring a Field Service Technician in Chicago, IL. The role involves servicing ware washing, laundry and dispensing systems at restaurants, hotels and care facilities, with potential after-hours work to complete installations.

The position requires a high school diploma, 2 years of mechanical service experience, a valid driver’s license, and eligibility for non-immigrant sponsorship. Travel within the district and occasional overnight shifts may be required.

Field Service TechnicianChicago, IL

We offer comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the food service and hospitality industries. As a Field Service Technician, you will service a variety of restaurants, hotels, and long‑term care facilities through heavy installations and maintenance on ware washing, laundry and dispensing systems to drive a positive guest experience and create cleaner, safer and healthier environments.

Position Details

This is a field‑based position and may require travel to the following locations and surrounding areas:

  • Chicago, IL
Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm*

  • Position may also require some early morning, late evening or overnight work to perform installations after hours based on business and customer needs.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of mechanical service‑related experience
  • Position requires a current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
  • No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position
  • Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays

Annual Or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $57,300-$85,800. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
