Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking a Field Service Technician to supervise installation, inspection, and repair of oil containment liner systems at customer sites across the United States. Travel Monday through Friday is required, with weekends at home.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer job sites within the United States to assist customers with the install of oil containment liners.
• On-the-road travel at least 99% of the time Monday – Friday.
• Read and understand project drawings to supervise/ perform installation of Oil Containment Liners and accessories.
• Use hand and powertools required to perform the job including hammers, tape measures, utility knives, framing square, hand rollers, heat gun and edging tools.
• Work with materials such as vinyl, foam, aluminum, steel, and polymer.
• Complete inspections and conduct repairs if needed.
• Communicate project progress, site conditions, equipment problems, etc. to the Site Services Coordinator.
• Enforce compliance with written installation guidelines.
• Timely submittals of timesheets, expenses, and additional site installation reports.

The Contribution You’ll bring to this Role:

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be on the front lines — supervising the installation, inspection, and repair of oil containment liner systems at customer job sites across the U.S. You’ll oversee crews working with vinyl, aluminum, steel, foam, and polymer materials, ensuring each project is completed according to our high safety and quality standards. Your leadership will help ensure projects stay on track, compliant, and meet customer expectations.

Your Skills and Expertise:

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Previous experience in construction, roofing, liner install, or HVAC preferred (but not required)

Compensation:

This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $22, based on experience and qualifications.

Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
