Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site service and preventative maintenance on conveyor belt systems
• Fabricate, install, splice, and repair belts and components
• Identify wear issues and recommend maintenance to prevent downtime
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete repairs safely
• Measure, cut, and assemble belting per work orders
• Maintain service documentation and follow safety procedures
• Travel regularly, including overnight stays as needed

What you'll do

• Perform on‑site service, inspections, and preventative maintenance on conveyor belt systems
• Fabricate, install, splice, and repair conveyor belts and components
• Identify wear issues early and recommend maintenance solutions to prevent downtime
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete repairs efficiently and safely
• Accurately measure, cut, and assemble belting materials per work orders
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams regarding service findings
• Maintain service documentation and follow safety procedures at all times
• Travel regularly, including overnight stays, as needed

What we're looking for

• 1+ year of experience in field service, maintenance, or hands‑on mechanical work
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read tape measures and basic mechanical drawings
• Comfortable working at heights, in tight spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to travel, work overtime, and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• OSHA 10 and Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Previous conveyor belt or industrial maintenance experience is a plus, but not required—we train the right people.

Work Environment

• Customer sites, industrial facilities, and occasional warehouse work
• Physically active role using tools, equipment, and service vehicles
• Safety‑driven environment with required PPE
