Job summary

Arbon Equipment Corporation, a Rite-Hite Company, is seeking a Rite-Hite Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer sites. You’ll work independently or in small teams in field service, serving as a primary customer contact and technical resource.

Qualifications

• Experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Prior experience in repair or installation of industrial equipment is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to drive a company vehicle and pass a pre-employment drug test and a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities.
• Act as a technical resource for customers and the sales force.
• Work independently or in small teams in a field service environment.
• Serve as a primary contact for customers in the field.
