Job summary

Arbon Equipment – A Rite-Hite Company is seeking a Service Technician to install, service, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer sites. The role acts as a technical resource for customers and the sales team, and can operate independently or in small teams in a field service setting, serving as the main point of contact for customers.

The candidate should be comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and lifting up to 100 pounds, with a valid driving record and ability

Qualifications

• Welding experience on industrial equipment.
• Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Customer-facing service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities.
• Serve as a technical resource for customers and the sales force.
• Work independently or in small teams in a field service environment; be the primary customer contact.
