Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, is seeking a Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. You’ll work in the field, sometimes solo, delivering reliable service and building strong customer relationships.

You must be able to work outdoors, lift up to 100 pounds, and drive a company vehicle. Our benefits include comprehensive coverage and a retirement plan; a pre-employment DOT physical may be required.

Qualifications

• Welding experience and ability to work with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Prior experience in repair or installation of industrial equipment preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a field environment and provide good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities.
• Serve as a technical resource for customers and the sales force in a field service setting.
• Work independently or in small teams in a field service environment and act as a primary customer contact.
