EDPR is seeking a Field Service Technician II (Wind Tech) to oversee on-site operations, maintenance, and repairs at a wind-energy site in the United States. Responsibilities include LOTO, documentation, inspections, and coordination with the Remote Operations Control Center.
The role requires 2–5 years of wind-energy experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to travel up to 10% while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
The Field Service Technician II (Wind Tech) is responsible for the on-site operations, maintenance, repairs, and replacement of equipment at one of EDPR NA's operating wind-energy generation sites. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to completing Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO), Tail Board, and job specific documentation necessary to conduct wind turbine maintenance in the safest manner possible. You will perform inspections of equipment, tools, and facility for compliance with EDPR policy and Governmental Safety and Environmental regulations.
