Sinclair Tractor is seeking a skilled service technician to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on John Deere agricultural and turf equipment. You will mentor trainees, participate in field service and customer clinics, and ensure accurate documentation of all work orders.

The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge, a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), and the ability to work varying shifts with safety in mind.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in John Deere Ag Tech or related 2-year degree; or 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent skills in operating vehicles and equipment used for diagnostics.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to work varying shifts, extended hours, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of equipment safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair John Deere equipment and technology.
• Mentor Service Technician Trainees and Technicians.
• Support customer clinics and field diagnostics as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation of diagnostics and repairs.
• Submit work orders on time and maintain billable hours.
