Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy mining and construction equipment.
• Travel to customer job sites as needed.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment per manuals and specs.
• Inspect parts for reusability and order replacements.
• Use diagnostic tools to make precise adjustments.
• Perform minor welding, fabrication, plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Document all service activities in English and maintain records.
• Communicate job status and updates to customers.
• Assist with parts ordering and warranty processing.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
