Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in field service management or a similar role.

As a Field Service Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to lead and oversee our Field Service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our Greer, South Carolina location on a On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the success of our field service operations, the satisfaction of our customers, and the growth of the organization by providing leadership, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in field service management or a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of relevant technologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
• Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
