TOKYO ELECTRON AMERICA, INC. is seeking a Field Service/Start-Up Engineer II in the United States to provide on-site technical support, install, repair, and maintain advanced equipment for customers under moderate supervision. This role emphasizes timely issue resolution and documentation of service activities.
You will collaborate with the Service Manager and cross-functional teams, train customers, and travel frequently to customer sites while adhering to safety and CSR principles.
Under moderate supervision, the primary responsibility is to provide technical support and on‑site services to customers. The Field Service/Start‑Up Engineer II is expected to perform equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance in a professional, efficient, and timely manner.
