GA Foods is seeking a Field Service Representative in Fort Myers, FL to join our delivery team. The role focuses on safe, timely delivery of food items to customer homes and sites, with daily vehicle inspections and upkeep.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required and clean record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with general office equipment and computers.
• Experience with GPS and tablet technology.
• Minimum 3 years route delivery/distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safe delivery of food items and supplies to customer homes/sites in a timely and accurate manner.
• Vehicle upkeep and cleanliness.
• Maintain food safety and handling procedures with compliance to temperature requirements.
• Report deficiencies or problems to supervisor promptly.
• Maintain driver scorecard and other required recordkeeping.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain service records.
• Check vehicle fluid levels and perform general routine inspection of vehicle to ensure all is in working order.
• Assist with packing and/or storing of food items, components and/or supplies as required.
• Regular attendance required to meet employer's attendance policy to ensure customer deliveries can be accomplished as scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
