Responsibilities

Job Description: Iron EagleX is seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals with technical experience to join our team in the St. Louis, MO area. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines supporting the implementation of a unique operationally focused software solution. You will work alongside analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, and share critical deployment insights with team members. This may involve embedding with users worldwide and collaborating directly with engineering teams. You will also facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success.

Job Duties Include (but not limited to):

1. Provide desk-side training to analysts.
2. Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting.
3. Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
4. Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about the product.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
• Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python, and/or Java, Microsoft Excel, hardware, networks, and server administration.
• Prior experience with Palantir Gotham is required. Additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to explain and demonstrate complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 25% as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of Excel.
• Military, Special Operation, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.

Education & Certifications:

• US Citizens only due to US Government Contract requirements.

Security Clearance:

• Active Secret clearance is required; TS/SCI preferred.
