Job summary

Clean Harbors in Tukwila, WA is seeking a Field Service Project Manager to lead large-scale projects at customer sites, including emergency response, waste clean-up, and site remediation. You will coordinate with supervisors, team members, and the Branch Manager to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

This role requires 3+ years in environmental field service operations, leadership experience, and knowledge of environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Environmental field service operations experience required.
• 3+ years in field service operations.
• Leadership/supervisor experience preferred.
• Emergency response supervisor training and Marine Spill Response training preferred.
• Strong understanding of equipment operations.
• Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety as the number one goal by following policies and acting safely.
• Manage small to midsize, technically complex projects involving waste site clean-up and decontamination.
• Prepare proposals, including cost estimates and work scopes and schedules.
• Develop relationships with key customers and understand customer issues.
• Provide timely, concise and relevant information to superiors and subordinates.
• Provide technical support for proposal preparation, project cost estimates and subcontractor selection.
• Enforce health & safety policies; coordinate with Health and Safety leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
