Job summary

On Point Technologies in Midland, TX is seeking a Field Service Mechanic to ensure safe, efficient operation of our equipment. You will travel to field sites, perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to keep engines, pumps, transmissions, hydraulics, and electronics running.

The role requires 3–5 years of equipment maintenance experience and a high school diploma. You will collaborate with the Director of Maintenance to schedule tasks, maintain records and promote safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3–5 years of equipment maintenance experience.
• Willingness to travel to field locations.

Responsibilities

• Test and repair equipment according to company standards.
• Perform daily maintenance on all equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and lubrication on all company equipment.
• Repair main components on engines, pumps, transmissions, hydraulics, air brakes, and wireline units.
• Inspect equipment at well sites and address repairs as needed.
• Plan maintenance tasks and keep required records.
• Support safety programs and logic for continual improvement.
