Southwind is hiring for a Full Time Field Service Leader with a focus on leading a team of drivers and crew to deliver exceptional junk removal service. You will oversee daily logistics, route planning, scheduling, and ensure safety and efficiency on client sites.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional service and WOW customers with a positive attitude.
• Lead, train, and motivate drivers and crew on client sites for safe truck operations.
• Handle junk removal with heavy and light lifting.
• Manage daily operations and monitor performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Represent the brand and drive local outreach and customer acquisition.
• Participate in daily role-play for ongoing training and development.
