You will serve as a key member of the Defense & Offshore leadership team, balancing operational execution with business growth. You are the architect of our service strategy—integrating technical excellence in Installation & Commissioning (I&C) with data-driven insights from our digital tools to drive customer loyalty, operational profitability, and long-term business strategy.
Essential Responsibilities

- Cross Functional Stakeholder Management: Serve as the internal bridge between field operations, program management, regional leadership, and digital/IT teams. Synchronize maintenance strategies with shifting internal priorities, ensuring that field service execution is perfectly aligned with project milestones, contractual commitments, and resource availability while proactively navigating complex site-access and logistical constraints.
- Align field operations with contractual obligations and commercial milestones to ensure high customer satisfaction (NPS) and project profitability.
- Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce safety protocols tailored to offshore/maritime environments, ensuring full compliance with both organizational EHS standards and site-specific safety mandates.
- Resource & Workforce Management: Manage field service engineering staff, ensuring they are properly certified, equipped, and trained to operate in offshore and restricted defense environments.
- Capacity Planning: Lead the S&OP process for the Field Service team, synchronizing technical resource availability with the sales pipeline. Balance short-term emergency dispatch needs against long-term I&C project schedules to maximize billable utilization.
- Commercial & Tendering Excellence: Partner with the ITO (Inquiry to Order) and Sales teams to lead the tendering process for I&C proposals. Ensure technical scope, logistical complexities, and resource requirements are accurately captured and priced to protect margins while meeting customer technical expectations.
- ServiceMax Champion & Digital Integration: Act as the primary subject matter expert and advocate for ServiceMax. Strive for 100% data accuracy for all installed base assets, manage case lifecycles, and optimize dispatch workflows to improve FSE utilization.
