MPI America, a global technology leader in semiconductor test, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, and maintain probe test systems at customer sites across the western United States. The ideal candidate will combine electrical, mechanical, and software skills with strong communication and a customer-focused approach.

Experience includes on-site installation, training customers, and travel up to 80% to support Advanced Semiconductor Test (AST) products.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience troubleshooting complex equipment and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Onsite service and support for AST products at customer locations.
• Probe test system installation and troubleshooting on manual/auto systems.
• Provide operational training and customer guidance.
• Coordinate with AST engineering for issue resolution.
• Travel up to 80% within the Americas and to Taiwan; prepare service reports.
