Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering required.
3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or field service preferred.
Training in ISO standards, OSHA10, and Confined Space Configuration.
Knowledge of UL508A and NEC standards.
Hands-on experience with process controls, instrumentation, PLCs, and HMIs.
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
AutoCAD proficiency is preferred.
Responsibilities
Travel to customer sites to perform commissioning, site acceptance testing, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
Provide customer training on equipment and system operations.
Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing before deployment.
Provide feedback to engineering, project management, and manufacturing teams.
Maintain detailed field service trip reports documenting work performed.
Work with engineering teams for drawing and software updates.
Provide remote client support as needed.
