Qualifications

• Experience with industrial machinery and pumps is required or preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred; technical degree acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Install and startup pumps at customer sites.
• Diagnose system and equipment issues related to pumps.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and provide corrective actions.
• Respond to technical inquiries on installation, startup, troubleshooting, and integration.
• Prepare field service reports documenting issues and actions.
• Travel up to 25% domestically or internationally.
