Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, configuration, and end-to-end testing of customer solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware, software, and network issues.
• Oversee field deployments with accurate documentation of procedures and results.
• Enforce security and compliance during setup, maintenance and integration.
• Serve as senior technical contact delivering clear guidance and status updates.
